Objectives: To assess the effect of multidisciplinary community health services on reducing blood lead in children. Material and methods: Retrospective observational study, before-after type. The information an intervention program “Mi Peru” district was analyzed. population consisted 1,191 children both genders who had results level were evaluated during 2016 2017. sample 187 with levels ≥10 μg/dL. Community three components: comprehensive care, education house calls. Results: at start intervention, 88.5% (n=139) belonged to category II 11.5% (n=18) III. At end 66.9% (n=105) resulted I, proportion belonging categories III reduced 29.9% (n=47) 3.2% (n=5) respectively. In relation beginning initial mean 13.96 μg/dL 8.96 median from 12.40 8.20 (p<0.001). Conclusions: elevated levels. It is suggested promote strengthen calls about risks exposure.
